Yes, facing a personal issue can be scary and hella challenging! It definitely puts us outside our comfort zone, and don’t we all love our comfort zones? But despite these drawbacks, there is something you absolutely need to remember. You are worth it. You are worth whatever time, trouble, effort or resources it takes to become a healthier, happier you. Many of us would not hesitate to help a loved one through a tough time. We need to learn to love ourselves enough to realize that we are worth that same consideration.
Will it be easy tackling that health issue, relationship or mental health struggle? I won’t lie to you, it will be work, as all difficult things are when we want to overcome them. But you, dear one, are worth whatever personal effort or outside help that is needed to get you to where you want to be. Time to climb that mountain and get it behind you!
